ORGANIZATION: Rebuilding Together of Central Florida

We are in the process of going paperless. This opportunity involves organizing and preparing paper documents to be scanned by a third party organization. Preparing the files to be scanned involves:

1. stacking documents in a specified order,
2. removing staples and paper clips and
3. writing an identifying label for each stack.

All work will take place in the office. The volunteer can sit to perform this job or stand if they choose. It will be necessary to lift files in boxes which can weigh 10 - 20 lbs. The volunteer can work any amount of hours they choose between 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.
