The California Symphony's goal is to give audiences a full and festive concert experience. As a part of the symphony's commitment to strategic audience development, we endeavor to offer a broader opportunity to engage our audiences before they sit down in their seats. Your goal as a volunteer will to be to help with the photo booth station before the performance and during intermission. We need two volunteers to:
- Help patrons when needed and take the photos, then let them know where to pick them up later
- Encourage guests to take photos at the stations
- Volunteers will also monitor how long people are taking to keep the line moving and monitor the props and equipment

The mission of the California Symphony is to enhance the lives of those it serves in Contra Costa County and the extended San Francisco Bay Area by performing orchestral repertoire of the highest quality with special attention to the work of American composers, presenting talented young performers in among their first professional concert appearances, featuring performances by world class artists, and providing education outreach programs for the children and adults in our community.

About the California Symphony:
The California Symphony, now in its fifth season under the leadership of Music Director Donato Cabrera, is a world-class, professional orchestra based in Walnut Creek, in the heart of the San Francisco East Bay since 1990. Our vibrant concert series is renowned for featuring classics alongside American repertoire and works by living composers. The Orchestra is comprised of musicians who have performed with the orchestras of the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and others, and many of its musicians have been performing with the California Symphony for nearly all its existence.
