"The Networker" - The Team Recruitment Subcommittee will be responsible for recruitment of new Walk teams through the Corporate Team Kickoff event. This committee will recruit new teams from all sectors of the community with a focus on Corporate Teams and provide fundraising guidance to new Team Captains.
The Philly Walk took the title of the #4 walk in fundraising, out of over 600 walks in the country in 2018 with the largest attendance of any walk! We are looking for dedicated committee members to help get us to #1 again! The Philadelphia Walk takes place at Citizen's Bank Park in November. The date will be released following the Philadelphia Eagles schedule.Team Recruitment Subcommittee Members will be responsible for:
- Recruiting new walk teams
- Coach new teams to achieve their goals
- Plan & execute a successful Corporate Team kickoff with staff partners
Personal Attributes: well-connected in their community or industry, always meeting new people and not afraid to ask others to join the cause.
