ORGANIZATION: Girl Scouts of Western Ohio

Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is hosting an 8 week S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathmatics) series for girls in the Middletown and Franklin areas.

Interested volunteers can expect to join in the fun as girls learn how to do more, see more, and experience more through innovative Girl Scout S.T.E.M. Programming.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, a registered Girl Scout volunteer, and must be able to complete our free background through our trusted vendor.

Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
