Responsible for providing crisis intervention phone support and community resource information to individuals experiencing domestic violence.

Responsibilities include: answer crisis calls, make appropriate community and emergency referrals when necessary, contact on-call staff if in-person support or shelter access is needed. Email staff crisis calls report for shifts covered.

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 21
  • Orientation or Training
  • Flexible shift schedule. Must be available by phone for the duration of your assigned shift (5pm-8am scheduled evenings and 24 hours on scheduled weekends).
  • Completion of application, interview and background screening. 15 hour Domestic Violence Training and 30 hours Sexual Assault Training. Maintain client and family confidentiality.
