Y Readers is the Y's nationally-recognized literacy program that serves students in grades K-3 who are reading below grade level. The program operates for 6 weeks in the summer when students are at risk of losing 2 to 3 months in reading proficiency.
Volunteers read with two students each week for one hour from 8:45-9:45AM.
Volunteers will commit to one day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) per week for the duration of the 6 week program.
