ORGANIZATION: DREAMWEAVER FOUNDATION

At Dreamweaver Foundation, Dreams are more than tangible things. A "dream" is a memorable experience; a long-awaited fishing trip, multi-generational family portraits, a romantic first date, a-once-in-a-lifetime cruise with sisters or a chance to see an only granddaughter get married. Dreams give the gift of hope. We call our volunteers the Dream Team because they are a vital part of the dream granting process. As a volunteer you could, send-off a dreamer for a bucket list trip to view the ocean for the first time, shop with a dreamer for the perfect outfit for a stroll down memory lane event, or make a dream happen by hosting a gathering that reconnects loved ones. No dream, or volunteer opportunity is too small. When you volunteer with Dreamweaver Foundation you are helping a senior fulfill a life-long dream.

Becoming a volunteer is easy...attend a 1-hour orientation all about Dreamweaver Foundation, after the presentation complete an application and background check, then you are ready to start the online senior care training. If you have any questions about Dreamweaver Foundation or the Dream Team please contact Ashley Weirich at ashley.weirich@dreamweaver.org.
