Support Group

Hope Recovery is looking for a Registered Dietitian with experience in Eating Disorders and Trauma. We provide telehealth support groups for individuals who are survivors of abuse and sexual trauma who struggle with eating disorders.

Requirements:
Be a Registered Dietitian and able to provide proof of this. We will consider students in an accredited program who is a junior or senior depending upon your training to date
Must have experience in working with clients who struggle with Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorders at minimum. Other types of eating disorders are a plus.
Once a quarter, share with our eating disorder support groups (3-4 groups per quarter) about nutrition and health issues related to nutrition.
Once per quarter write an article on eating disorders and nutrition.
Every other month write a brief article for our newsletter, Nourishing Hearts, which is specific to eating disorders and trauma.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

We do not provide treatment, and we are looking for informational purposes to give our clients the best tools they can have in informing themselves about their eating disorders. Description

Hope Recovery is a support program for individuals struggling to cope with abuse and sexual trauma. We are devoted to providing support services to adult survivors of trauma. Supportive friends and family are requested to sponsor a survivor service by providing a donation. All direct service volunteers must have a current criminal background check.
