The Edenvale Library is looking for someone interested in leading a beginning (basic) yoga class for adults and/or seniors.

Our ideal candidate is who has:

  • A genuine interest in working with adults of all ages
  • Experience instructing group exercise classes for adults and/or seniors
  • A certification in any type of yoga fitness instruction
  • A positive, upbeat, and energetic approach to health, wellness and teamwork
  • A willingness to teach and lead yoga participation sessions
  • Is age 18+, with the ability to pass a basic background check

Description

Public libraries in California seek to engage the talents, skills and commitment of volunteers to serve the communities' information and literacy needs. Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
