Volunteers Needed to Conduct Public Opinion Polls re: Tobacco Retailer Licensing in Ventura

In partnership with VC ASH and Ventura County Public Health - Volunteers are needed to conduct public opinion polls to measure the level of support for a Tobacco Retailer Licensing Ordinance within the city of Ventura. Pollers can conduct these polls on their own time, but polls need to happen in person in various areas of the city of Ventura by May 31st, and respondents must be Ventura residents.
Survey consists of 8 questions, and will be provided once you sign up. All hours will count towards Community Service or school credit.

Mission Statement
BRITE is a youth development project that promotes social change to reduce underage and binge drinking, drug abuse, impaired or distracted driving, bullying, suicide, LGBTQ+ advocacy, healthy coping skills and mental health and well-being among 12 - 25 year olds in Ventura County using improvisation and interactive performance/workshops with engaging discussion, exploration of issues, and the development of personal and community solutions to these problems.
Description
BRITE offers engaging workshops and interactive performances throughout Ventura County to promote community change regarding prevention of impaired driving, substance abuse, underage and binge drinking and mental health issues.
