The Marketing/Communication Committee for Bundles of Love Charity is looking for a volunteer to post and update social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest (when needed). The Social Media Specialist would be in charge of improving our non-profit organization's presence by creating and posting content after it is approved by the Board of Directors. They would also be in charge of discussing social media strategy with the rest of the Marketing/Communication Committee, which meets approximately once a quarter via Hangouts or in person. Flexibility, writing experience, social media experience and ability to work independently is required. Approximately 10 hours a month.
Bundles of Love Charity is a volunteer driven non-profit that partners with community organizations to assist Minnesota families in need by providing handmade items for newborns. We envision a world where every newborn has access to the basics.

Vision Statement Our vision is to gather communities to support parents and newborns. We offer peace of mind for families and provide important, essential and practical supplies to show that someone cares.
Description
Volunteer groups meet monthly to sew, knit and crochet essential clothing and blankets for infants. Volunteers also work from their homes as their schedules allow. Work group meetings are currently held in the New Brighton, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Andover/Ham Lake, Rochester, Chatfied, Winona, Houston, and St. Charles areas.
This is a grassroots organization, started in 1999 and became a Minnesota Nonprofit in 2001. We also need dedicated leaders to help us as we grow. Many skills are needed, from fundraising, publicity, marketing, publishing, to additional work group leaders.
