We are in need of volunteers to work our 25th Annual AGE Awards! Remarkable individuals and organizations come together for this special event to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond to help the aging community. This year we will honor our recently retired Executive Director, Joyce Lauck, as well as several other worthy recipients. The event will take place at Gather Venues on Friday, April 26th. We need individuals to work the event itself, which runs from 6:30pm-9:00pm, and for setup, which begins at 3:00. If you are willing to stay after to help with teardown you would be a saint in my book.

You are welcome to come for whatever time frame suits your needs. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be provided during the event.

If you would like to volunteer please email me at jmanzer@ageofcentraltx.org or give me a call at 512-745-5023.

The address of the venue is 5540 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78756 (at Hwy. 2222, next door to Dan’s Hamburgers, across the street from Half Price Bookstore). Free parking will be provided in the parking lot behind the building. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Best Wishes,

Jack Manzer
