We are always in need of Foster Caregiver Volunteers that will offer their homes to adoptable animals from our organization.
While fostering a fur baby, medical expenses for the animal will be covered by our organization, however, all other expenditures would be at the foster caregivers expense. Keep in mind, any expenses you incur while fostering an animal, ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE - KEEP THOSE RECEIPTS!
The animal would be brought into your home for acclimation back into a family environment.
Basic manners training will be necessary, with mandatory sessions at our training center.
CrittersWork will sponsor weekly scheduled classes for you and the foster dog.
The Foster Caretaker will keep records of the dogs progress, abilities, and opinions into the dogs mannerisms for the potential Working Forever Home.

Mission Statement
CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc., was founded to provide highly skilled service dogs to children and adults with disabilities other than blindness.
Emphasis is placed on the exclusive use of positive reinforcement training methods, for the placement of fully trained dogs in the East Tennessee, Appalachian Region, and ongoing support of the working partnerships.
Our goal is to establish and develop a locally based organization that is sustainable and to collaborate with like-minded service dog providers to increase the awareness of the benefits of using animal partners to achieve independence for people with disabilities.
Description
CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc., was founded by Katherine Rollins who was the original founder and Executive Director of GreenePets Foster Network, Inc. a non-profit animal rescue in Greeneville, TN.
Over the years of operating GreenePets, it became more and more evident that there are problems with no-kill shelters in that dogs languish in shelter with no adoption placements.
These dogs are highly adoptable, but never chosen. The solution for this certified dog trainer, boarding kennel owner was to renovate the vision and mission of GreenePets, and CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc. was born. Our new mission follows:
Our programs will increase longevity and vitality in the lives of both the humans and animals affected.
At the same time, our animals will also be adoptable by the general public who would rather have a more refined addition to their families than what is available from the run of the mill rescue/humane agencies.
We are based in Tennessee, but currently open to adoptions out of state.
