Saturday, April 11 is Sweetbriar Nature Center's annual Egg Hunt/Spring Festival. We are in need of help with many aspects of the event including sorting and placing eggs for the many egg hunts, assisting with games, crafts, face painting, set up, clean up and directing traffic. It is a fun event for families. Free drink and food item included. Volunteers are expected to be there from 10am to 4:30pm.

Description
Sweetbriar Nature Center is situated on a 55 acre nature preserve located in Smithtown on Long Island, NY. We have over 50 resident non-releasable animals, a enclosed butterfly gardens, a series of woodland, field, and river trails, formal gardens, and a nature center and museum open to the public daily throughout the year.
