Are you a senior looking to return to the workforce? Do you want to make a difference in your community? We are a non profit organization dedicated to serving the senior community by connecting to great resources. We are currently looking for assistance in our Intake Department.
Here are duties regarding this position:
- Screens clients by telephone for service eligibility.
- Data Entry - Gathers appropriate and accurate client demographics, financial information and brief medical history.
- Making follow up calls to seniors and/or families to determine if assistance is needed

We are a call center style organization where seniors, or their families, can call to get information about resources that can help improve their quality of life and / or lower their cost of living. We strive to help all seniors regardless of their income, insurance or health condition. We specialize in helping seniors through crisis, find placement, coordinate in-home care and connect to social support in their community.
