We do have opportunities in Lane County which would include attending meetings virtually. Remote work is available as well.

    • Events - help plan and execute different events we host throughout the year.
    • Resources - help keep all of our community partners and resources up to date in our online system. This is more of an administrative/remote team.
    • Office - order, sort, clean, help with tasks.
    • Volunteer Care - organize volunteers and volunteer events, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, help with on-boarding new volunteers.
    • Marketing - design social media posts, create graphics, help with advertising campaigns, write press releases, and distribute flyers.
    • Hospitality - bake our cupcakes we use for all tabling, events, and fundraising.
  • Client Services - must be with us for 30 days before you can apply for this position. If you plan to be on either of these teams, you would be placed on the Resource team for your 30 days.
    • Client Outreach - must commit to volunteering on the same date and time every month - going to local clubs in Portland, helping with hair & makeup, speaking to performers, passing out flyers.
    • Client Advocate - this position is more than 5 hours per month - working one-on-one with Clients to help make and reach goals, setting them up with our community partners.

About The Cupcake Girls

The Cupcake Girls provides nonjudgmental and confidential support through respect, resources and relationships to those in all realms of the adult entertainment industry, including sex workers and those affected by sex trafficking. Through direct care and community resources, we partner with these individuals and empower them in their pursuits. In order to best serve the varied needs of the adult entertainers we support, The Cupcake Girls offers a range of both in-house services that we feel we are uniquely able to provide, as well as referrals to external care providers when we've identified existing professionals and organizations that meet our high standards and have proven themselves trustworthy working with the adult entertainment community. We partner with our clients to build comprehensive, holistic plans to help them pursue their goals and objectives, working to ensure that we're matching the right solutions to the right individual at the right time.
