COVID-19 has temporarily disrupted normal life in many communities, but the need for blood hasn’t changed.
The American Red Cross has implemented several enhanced blood donations protocols in the interest of safety, and there is an urgent and critical need for volunteers to support these protocols. us
Do you enjoy driving and do you have a few hours a month to pick up donated blood from our blood drives and deliver it to the local hospitals where patients are waiting for it? (You will use our RED Cross vehicle). If this sounds like something you would like to help with then contact julie at the email below.
Red Cross is seeking individuals to fulfill this volunteer role immediately. To learn more and to sign up email julie.schwartz@redcross.org or call (385)258-5310
***When considering volunteering, please review the risk guidance provided by the CDC, local government and your healthcare provider.
