Hours: Weekday evenings
Desired level of commitment: Once per month
Duration: Year-round
Age requirement: 18+
Tasks may include:
- Washing dishes during and after the event
- Organizing and cleaning the kitchen area
- Assisting in other areas as needed
In order to volunteer, you should be:- A registered UAServe volunteer (you will have a chance to register if you haven't already)
- Willing to attend an orientation prior to volunteering
- Willing to submit a background check
- Willing to complete additional host site specific paperwork and requirements
- Open to an ongoing volunteer commitment that works with your schedule
- Positive
- Able to follow directions and procedures
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Honest
- Eager to serve a community in need
- Punctual
- Committed
