Mission Statement

Lifetime Care is Hope...

The hope that innovative, quality home care and hospice services are available to all people in the community, at all stages of life and levels of wellness.

Hospice is a concept of care -- an alternative for terminally ill patients and their families. Quality of life is maximized when the quantity of life cannot be extended. The word "hospice" is not simply a label for a building where people go to die. In fact, hospice care can be provided in a patient's home, nursing home, hospital or in an independent hospice facility, such as the Hildebrant Unit.
