Join us in helping to teach healthy and affordable cooking classes for families for 5 Tuesdays starting April 16th. Please let us know what days you are available to help. If you cannot do an entire 5-hour shift, please make a note and our chef instructor LaToya Bridgeman will be in contact with you about your needs.
Volunteers for this program assist the students and Chef Instructor with setting up, clean up and cooking during the cooking classes. A meal is provided at the end of each class for volunteers as well. Thanks so much!!

Description
St Francis Seraph Ministries serves OTR residents experiencing barriers to full life. Our ministries include a Soup Kitchen which provides Breakfast and Dinner 5 day/week; the Sarah Center providing classes in empowerment through arts and other creative endeavors for women; Cooking for the Family, (meal planning and preparation classes, encouraging families to make healthy choices and share mealtime); and Bag Lunch ministry (lunches for day laborers).
