As a customer service satisfaction volunteer you will: - Call the patient/family one week after admission to our services to check in with them - Call the patients/families monthly to ensure their satisfaction with our services and care - Call the families after the patient has transitioned to ensure they have enough support
These calls help ensure we are providing quality care and allow us to improve our communication with our patients and their families. While this opportunity is flexible, we are looking for someone consistent who can make phone calls on a weekly basis. We look forward to hearing from you!
