What: Each week a group of volunteers work with children ages 0-5 and caregivers to do literacy focused activities such as you find at a story hour at a library. This program is great fun AND requires: high energy, comfort with working on the floor with kids, reading 1-1 and to a group, leading more active elements such as short songs or movement games, and patience with the 0-5 crowd!
When: Wednesday weekly from 4:30-5:30pm (volunteer shift is 4:15-5:45). Requesting minimum service 1 time per month. Opportunities for more frequent service available.
