These volunteer positions provide support for aging clients to reduce social isolation. As a Friendly Visitor you will be a friendly face while visiting with the client in their home providing socialization they may not otherwise have. Making calls as a Care Caller allows you to volunteer from the comfort of your own home. You will be assisting in keeping the client connected with the community and the outside world through telephone conversations. Our Respite Care volunteers provide non-medical supervision and companionship to a dependent adult (60+) who cannot be left home alone while their primary caregiver does grocery shopping, attends doctors appointments, and tends to other needs.
