Volunteers needed for The Rising Church in Olde Town Arvada

Helping the Poor, Homeless, Marginalized & Forgotten in Old Town Arvada, CO

Volunteers are crucial to the success of Mission Arvada of the Rising Church in Olde Town. If you have some time to help out, please give our office a call. We would be humbled & very grateful if you could join our dedicated volunteers.

Thank you for your expressed interest in volunteering with The Rising Church in Olde Town Arvada. We are in need of people to assist a few hours each week. Most of the activity around our church is from 9AM- 1PM Monday through Friday. Food Bank on Saturdays from 9 AM- 1 PM

Our Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Administrative Assistance- (assist with data entry or various duties)

Bookkeeper-( help with bookkeeping duties)

Food Bank Assistants- (sort food & assisting the families with their items to take home)

Grant Writer- (help with writing new grants to support our growing program)

Statistician- (help with software programming & database maintenance duties)

Food Services- ( Help provide a dish or meal, prep & cook, or help with meal distribution during Breakfast or lunch.)

Tech Support-( our growing program needs those with IT background for social media & PC support)

Volunteer Coordinator-(set up volunteer shifts & manage volunteer calendar duties)

Community Resource Coordinator (Intake / case work duties)

General Assistants (misc duties to help the church office while the shelter is open)
