Great administrative position for someone who enjoys meeting people, giving presentations and assessing potential. The volunteer recruiter will recruit, assess and orient potential hospice volunteers. They will manage and research online recruiting sites, solicit and coordinate speaking engagements and provide Roze Room Hospice Volunteer presentations. Duties may include attending Interdepartmental Clinical Group Meetings, attending volunteer meetings, health fairs and college intern/volunteer fairs. They may also provide assistance with special projects (arts, crafts, special events, photography) as needed.
Volunteer Recruiters schedule is flexible but should be able to spend some time in our Long Beach Office.
