We are looking for volunteers for the the 2nd Annual Alzheimer's Women's Initiative 'Your Brain Matters' Luncheonat the Four Seasons Westlake Village on Friday, May 10.

Please sign-up to volunteer using the online form here! Additional details are as follows:

  • Shifts Available? Three optional shifts are available: Morning 10am-11:30am; Afternoon 11:30am-2pm; Or the entire event 10am-2pm.
  • Logistics? The event will be hosted at the Four Seasons Westlake Village. Self-parking will be free with validation or $5 without. A meal will be provided for all present at lunch.
  • Types of assignments? Welcoming & greeting, hosting check-in, directional help for seating assignments or bathroom questions, assisting at the silent auction & art tables, collecting raffle tickets, etc.
  • Attire? Business casual or spring attire - preferably suits, slacks, skirts or dresses!
  • Age restrictions? 14 years and up, please.
