We are looking for volunteers to help make memory bears for our patient's families. These special bears will be made from patient's clothing after their death. The family will choose a specific shirt worn by their loved one and we will make a small bear and "dress" the bear with the patient's shirt.
We are also looking for volunteers to make fidget blankets for our memory care patients. These blankets help stimulate the brain and release stress.
If you are familiar with stitching or sewing (or you're willing to learn) we’d love to have your help! We are also open to ideas you may have as well.
