Penn Medicine Hospice is working to create a group of dedicated individuals to sing at our patients bedside. We are seeking a core group of 8 - 10 individuals who will be available for practices as well as a weekly time slot to sing in our West Chester, PA Inpatient Unit. Description
Penn Medicine Hospice is a division of Penn Medicine at Home which is owned by Penn Medicine. We are the oldest and largest non-profit home care and hospice agency in Chester County. Our hospice provides care both in our patient's homes, skilled facilities or wherever our patient calls home, as well as our Hospice Inpatient Unit. We have the only Hospice Inpatient Unit in the West Chester area. We are in a designated building, in close proximity but separate from Chester County Hospital.
