Mock Interview events happen throughout the year and are perfect for people who want to get involved but cannot commit to a weekly volunteering schedule. We are looking for professionals in many different career areas and are especially interested in those who have experience in HR or hiring. These mock interview events will help immigrants prepare for interviews and help them succeed in finding better jobs. Additionally, there may be more opportunities to get involved with skills training, job fairs, or other career-related events.

The mission of English for New Bostonians is to increase access to high-quality English language learning opportunities for adult immigrant residents of Boston.
Description
English for New Bostonians (ENB) is a public-private-community collaboration addressing the urgent need for increased English language learning opportunities for adult immigrants in Boston. Comprised of the City of Boston, foundations, corporations, non-profits, and community organizations, ENB works to support high-quality, accessible ESOL programs; to expand Boston’s capacity to serve English language learners; to test new strategies to reach learners at home, in the community, and at work; to encourage new investment by diverse stakeholders; to heighten awareness about the importance of adult English language learning; and to support the development of a coordinated ESOL system in Boston.
