RBC GranFondo Whistler has been and will continue to be a staple cycling event in Canada. As North America’s largest Gran Fondo, our team relies on a network of enthusiastic volunteers to ensure that our largest event of the summer goes off without a hitch! Dates: Thursday, September 7th - Sunday, September 10th, 2023

Location: We are looking for volunteers to assist with numerous roles with locations ranging from the Vancouver Convention Centre (VeloSpoke Expo roles) the day before the big ride to anywhere along the course that starts at Stanley Park and continues along the Sea to Sky Highway all the way up to Whistler's Celebration Plaza! Transportation is also available, and we ask all volunteers that will need a ride up to Whistler on the day of the event to simply reach out at volunteer@toitevents.com.

Duration: Shift times are role dependent, ranging anywhere from 4-10 hours. Volunteers can choose their preferred timeframes while registering by selecting the role that best suits their schedule.

Cost: Volunteers get to enjoy the event for FREE, as well as get access to all of the additional PERKS (see below) of becoming a valued member of our enthusiastic Squadra of Volunteers!!

About the Event:

We could tell you about the breathtaking views of the Sea to Sky paired with the iconic Lions Gate Bridge crossing, all without traffic; or maybe we could tell you about the inspiring riders and fellow people that you would get the chance to meet and work alongside; we could even tell you about the memorable live performances and amenities in Whistler’s Celebration Plaza that you surely wouldn’t want to miss; however, a weekend as great as this truly needs to be experienced firsthand to understand its value! RBC GranFondo Whistler has been, and will continue to be, a staple cycling event in Canada, and despite our biggest event’s climbing popularity, our team is proud to be working towards becoming a certified Zero Waste Event with AWARE. This is your chance to volunteer at an event that values community and environment, all while having a ton of fun in the process!
