Ann Arbor Public Schools Community Education & Recreation (Rec & Ed) department is in need of responsible, committed, caring volunteers to work with an adapted bowling league for teens and adults on Mondays 4-5:30PM for the spring (end-April - mid-July). Volunteers must be 18 or older, clear a background check, and be comfortable working with teens and adults with disabilities. Previous experience with people with disabilities is not required, although a passion and desire for helping others is a must. A Rec & Ed staff member will always be on site. For the consistency for our bowlers, volunteers must be able to offer a weekly commitment.
