In an effort to get TAF@Saghalie ready for our amazing students next year, we'll be doing several classroom moves. This is a 2-day event, taking place on Thursday, June 20th and Friday, June 21st with time slots from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Additionally, on both days, lunch will be provided!

We're looking for 10-20 volunteers to help with:

  • Packing up classroom items
  • Moving items to different classrooms (lifting about 25 pounds at the most)
  • Setting up equipment

We equip students of color for success in college and life through the power of an interdisciplinary STEM education and supportive relationships. Today, TAF’s programs impact over 19,000 public school students across Washington State. Additionally, TAF offers a Martinez Fellowship in which we provide and support multiple pathways to a teaching degree for teachers of color in order to improve teacher diversity and retention in Washington State.
