Duties: Provide basic assistance to adults with navigating the Internet, using Word and Excel including formatting, attaching documents, saving, etc. on the Library's PCs. Answer basic questions about using the Library's printing system.
Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of the basic functions of using a computer, the Internet, and MS Office products. Should be comfortable working with adults; patient and able to offer clear explanations and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to learn the Library’s online print system and answer basic questions related to that process, initial training will be provided. **Potential candidates for this volunteer position will be asked to complete a supplement skills assessment to determine best fit.
Days/Times Needed:
The Library is open on Mondays & Thursdays from 10 AM - 6PM, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM - 8 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM - 5PM.
