April is Volunteer Appreciation Month and we want to honor and celebrate our volunteers at the Federal Way Senior Center. Of course, we don't want to use the very volunteers we are honoring! which is where you come in - we need some help !
We had to reschedule due to a death in the family. Our event is going to be Saturday, August 24, from 1:00 - 4:00
Set up appetizer table, make punch
welcome people as they arrive
Staffing the appetizer table during the event. replacing food as needed, serving punch
serving cheesecake during the entertainment
helping to take it all down afterwards
We would also like one or two people to help the day before - to slice cheese, clean grapes, put on tablecloths, all the advance stuff to make it easier on Saturday. The time would probably be 12:30 or 1 until about 2:30
Be prepared to have a lot of fun! really, no special skills needed

The Federal Way Senior Center supports activities for seniors in the King and Pierce County areas including Auburn, Edgewood, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Milton, Northeast Tacoma, Pacific and nearby unincorporated areas.
Description
The Federal Way Senior Center is located in unincorporated South King County and offers a wide variety of events, classes and fitness activities for seniors.
