Mission Statement
Care Resources offers long-term care choices that promote independence, dignity and a high quality of life for the elderly members of our community.
Description
Care Resources is an alternative long-term care option that supports seniors to live at home for as long as possible. For aging adults who need long-term care and wish to remain at home, Care Resources partners with families and caregivers to help them age in place in their own communities. The care is delivered through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly benefit. PACE is a national healthcare model funded by Medicare and Medicaid that provides comprehensive services to help seniors avoid nursing home placement. The care is delivered at a health clinic & adult day center and through a network of community providers. The care is all-inclusive. This means all the care a person needs is provided. For most who qualify there are no premiums, deductibles or co-pays for any of the services.
