EcoRing produces three online newsletters. One is directed at our business Partners. We provide resources for our Partners to help them green their tourism related businesses. We provie practical, inexpensive ways businesses can improve their water conservation, energy conservation, and reduce the use of toxic chemicals and waste production.
The second newsletter is directed at our individual members. It keeps members up to date on the progress of our initiatives, related events and how they can help.
The third newsletter is for travelers. It offers suggestions on where to travel and what to do and provides suggestions on how to travel in an environmentally responsible way..
Our Writer/Editor will write and edit these digital newsletters with the help and guidance of the Executive Director, then send them out using MailChimp with the help of the Data Base Manager. Computer skills are required and you should be willing to learn how to use MailChimp. It would be helpful, but not required, if you were already familiar with Marin and Sonoma Counties on the coast north of San Francisco.

- Variable: 2 to 4 hours per month,
- You should be a self-starter who can work independently but seek advice when in doubt. Newsletter must be approved prior to publication. You should know how to send emails using Cricket. You will work directly with the Executive Director.
