Asian Health Services is a community health center largely serving low-income, limited English speaking Asian immigrant communities.
Starting Dec 3, 2020, we will begin holding virtual group medical visits for seniors with chronic pain and offer them every 1st & 3rd Thurs morning of the month. Virtual health visits, physical activities, mindfulness activities and healthy eating activities are incorporated into the session.

- Meet by phone with Cantonese-speaking senior citizens ahead of the group visit to download the zoom app and practice zoom calls. Time Estimate: 6-10 hrs for the initial set-ups. 2-3 hrs for subsequent sessions.
- Be available during the 1st & 3rd Thurs from 8:30 - noon to assist with the session. Time Estimate: 3.5 hrs
- Lead physical activity sessions (resistance bands, light free weights, yoga, dance routines, mobility ball routines)
