Ideal Marketing Volunteers are individuals with experience or interest in communications, public relations, marketing, event planning and social media to assist with projects and strategic initiatives in the Riverside Healthcare Marketing & Communications Department. Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with development of creative concepts and marketing strategies for promoting Riverside Healthcare and the healthcare system’s providers and services
- Write and/or edit communications materials including press releases, internal communications, web-based communications, storytelling testimonials and social media posts
- Assist with various special events, both internally and in the community
- Support Marketing & Communications Department activities and initiatives

Volunteers are an important part of Riverside Healthcare. That's why Riverside offers opportunities for service that accommodate the schedules of students, working adults, and retirees. As part of our team, volunteers complement the care delivered by our professional staff by making sure that the needs of patients, families, and visitors are met.
Our volunteers have an opportunity to serve in many different ways. We offer volunteer opportunities in clinical settings, customer service areas, gift shop, clerical support areas in both office and educational areas; just to name a few.
