The Audubon Center at Debs Park is an urban nature Center located in Northeast LA. Our mission is to inspire people to experience, understand, and care for the local natural world. We focus on habitat restoration for birds and other wildlife through the planting of native plants here at Debs Park and along the L.A. River. Additionally, we work to connect the local community to nature through free community programming and volunteer events.
One of our programs is Nature Arts & Crafts, where we provide nature related art activities in our Center courtyard every other Saturday, from 1:30-3:30pm. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in helping lead these events!

- Background Check
- Must be at least 16
- Flexible - you will not need to lead every other Saturday as we will have other volunteers in the rotation as well
- No previous experience required, volunteers will just need to complete a background check prior to their first event.
