VIGIL/ANGEL VOLUNTEERS
Angels are called upon when end of life is near. One of our goals with Hospice care is that no one should pass away alone. Patients (men and women just like us) would love someone to visit, share stories, play music, hold their hand or just sit quietly with them so they are not alone. Not only could you be a great support to the client you will may also be a great support to the family or friends who need support at this very difficult time.

Description
Hospice volunteers bring comfort, joy and love to patients who are terminally ill through their actions.
Volunteers simply need a caring heart and a willingness to serve. The extensive volunteer training program provides them with an awareness of patient's needs and prepares them to participate with the hospice team.
