Goal of Role

To assist staff in maximizing the member and youth experience and ensuring safety on the water slides

Tasks and Activities

· Provide a fun and safe experience for youth & adults

· Enforce safety rules on the slides

· Role model the Y Values

Qualifications and skills desired

· Welcoming, caring attitude

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods

· Comfortability initiating conversations with members of all ages

Training and other requirements

· Must pass a background and reference check, and attend volunteer orientation prior to start date.
