Would you like to be part of the greatest spectacle in racing and raise money for Autism Speaks? We are recruiting volunteers for gate ticket scanning, parking operations and grandstand ushering. This is your chance to be the face of Indiana Motor Speedway!

Every volunteer working the full day can earn between $85 and $90 each day for Autism Speaks. You must be available to work a 12 hour day on Carb Day, 5/24 starting @ 6AM

Mission Statement

The Autism Speaks Indianapolis committee is a group of volunteers who work with Autism Speaks staff to support the work of Autism Speaks. Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions across the spectrum and throughout the life span for the needs of people with autism and their families. We do this through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

Description

The Autism Speaks Indianapolis Committee is a group of Indiana volunteers working under the leadership of Autism Speaks.

The committee organizes the annual Autism Speaks Walk in Indianapolis.

  • Volunteers 18+ preferred, (16 + OK with a notarized waiver). All groups to have adult :minor ratio of 1:3. Dress code is plain black pants/shorts, comfortable shoes and IMS t-shirt (provided). Parking + water provided, BYO food or money to buy food.
