Greetings, from BAE Beautiful As Ever!
Our organization, BAE Beautiful As Ever, is dedicated to empowering girls with Down syndrome around the world to live a positive and healthy lifestyle. We are currently working on a project called ROCKING MY EXTRA CHROMOSOMES!, which aims to improve the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of girls with Down syndrome ages 15-21. Our program focuses on building inner beauty through words of affirmation, healthy eating, and physical fitness, with the goal of enhancing their positive and productive lifestyle.
Our goal is to bring on board members, female coaches, trainers, nutritionist, and other professional to assist us in carrying out our mission. We are seeking support to bring qualified professional onto our team, we will work with our girls to improve their health, wellness, and overall well-being.
4 days a month every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, ( Time will vary) 3-5 or more girls as the program grow ages 15-21.
Program: Building Confidence
Three Key Focus:
*Words of affirmation- Mirror to Mirror/self motivation.
*Healthy eating- Making smoothies/healthy snacks, educate on the importance of eating healthy.
*Physical fitness- Exercising, Yoga, Meditation, educate on exercising.
Being Beautiful As Ever, comes from within! encouraging girls with Down Syndrome to enhance a positive and productive lifestyle with everyday activities and healthy tips!

BEAUTIFUL AS EVER is a 501c3 organization based in Atlanta, GA. We focus on girls with Down syndrome, encouraging them to blossom and recognize they are beautiful individuals. Rather than focus on their condition, we simply encourage them to lead a positive and healthy lifestyle, empowering and promoting self-love and self-confidence as our girls evolve.
