ORGANIZATION: CAP Tulsa

Our Frost CAP Early Childhood Education Center needs a regular volunteer to perform administrative tasks 2-4 times a month. The volunteer needs to have administrative skills, such as using Word, Excel, strong typing skills and know how to work on the computer, saving files. The volunteer will enter data items into Excel spreadsheets and a program we use called Child Plus. You will not have to set up a spreadsheet, merely enter data into one. Strong oral skills would be a plus, to make phone calls to daycare facilities to update information.

Frost prefers a regular schedule of 9-noon or 9-2 p.m., either every other week or every week. They are flexible on day of the week (Monday-Friday) but would prefer a volunteer maintain the same schedule every week or every other week.
