The Downtown Berkeley YMCA is looking for an energetic and committed volunteer Dance Instructor!
This opportunity involves leading free movement-based dance classes for children ages 3-7 years old, and would be perfect for someone passionate about dance as well as youth.
The time commitment includes one weekday session (Monday or Tuesday) in addition to one weekend session during the summer (Saturdays), for about 3 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Teaching or Leading Dance Classes
- Responsibility and Reliability
- Strong Communicator
- Fun & Friendly attitude
- Ability to make a 6-month commitment
