Healthy aging encompasses intellectual, physical and emotional health. By helping adults in the 2nd and 3rd stage of life focus on these three components of aging as they age, we will change the fabric of their life and positively affect our community. It is our mission to assist community members in their pursuit of intellectual, social and physical health.
Description
Education Pathway provides inter-active fun ways for all age community members to learn healthier habits, providing opportunities to engage in activities focused on healthy food, nutrition and being physically active. We also provide information on higher education and credentialing, civic engagement and healthcare.
