VivAsia Fitness Inc. offers Senior Functional Assessments (SFA) at no cost to seniors. We offer these assessments throughout the Bay Area, including senior centers and low-cost housing centers.
This SFA is going to be at the City of Cupertino at the Cupertino Senior Center on 4/12 from 10 am to 1 pm. Please check our website to learn more about this program:

We need volunteers to help with the event:
- Testers: there is a total of 6 tests that each participant takes. Testers will be responsible for one test (or station) and ensuring that participants understand and execute the task safely. Training will be provided prior to the event.
- Floaters: tasks include registration, helping participants record results, and maintaining a safe and fun environment for the participants.
