We LOVE our volunteers! There’s no better teamwork than the 1,100 volunteers working together to host the event for the community. We treasure our volunteers so much - we call them "Sand Ambassadors". Come serve your community while having a "Sandtastic" time on Clearwater Beach!

Mission Statement
The Sunsets at Pier 60 Festival is 501C-3 not for profit arts organization, in partnership with the City of Clearwater, whose goal is to promote Clearwater Beach and Pinellas County as a prime tourist destination, to provide free quality family oriented entertainment and to support the arts and the local artisans and crafters community by providing them a full time venue in which they may support their craft. Each year the festival produces the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival.

Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival.
See 1,000 tons of sand come to life at the Sugar Sand Walk Sand Sculpting Exhibit, located inside a 21,000-square-foot structure. Cashiers, Greeters, Ticket Sales, Merchandise Sales.
We LOVE our volunteers! Volunteers receive a free T-shirt, complimentary meal, complimentary parking downtown and transportation to and from the beach, free admission to the Sugar Sand Walk Exhibit day of shift. Come serve your community while having a "Sandtastic" time on Clearwater Beach!
