Volunteering at the Celebration of Giving is a great chance to learn more about all of the various programs Compass has while also serving! Volunteer roles include raffle ticket selling, live auction spotters, greeters, recorders and set up crews.

Dinner will be provided to all volunteers, as will snacks throughout the day. Various shifts are available and accommodations for schedule restrictions may be able to be arranged.

**Please wear semi-formal attire, and if possible all black. Please, no tennis shoes or jeans.**

Our focus is on helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness navigate their way to stability, growth, and community.

Compass Housing Alliance provides a range of essential services and housing options to people struggling with homelessness and poverty in the Seattle area. With 20+ locations, we are able to serve a large number of those in the community.

Our focus areas fall into the following categories:

  1. Services, shelter, and transitional housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
  2. Permanent low-income housing for individuals or families who do not make a living wage or are formerly homeless.
  3. Development of affordable housing units for low-income tenants.
