Volunteer for Zero Waste at the Downtown Summer Concerts in Longmont, CO

ORGANIZATION: Eco-Cycle

Longmont's Downtown Summer Concerts are going for Zero Waste once again! These concerts happen every Friday evening of June and feature live music from local and regional artists, as well as great local food and drinks from 6 to 9:30pm.

We will be working hard to improve last year's amazing diversion rate of 89% and divert even more of the event's waste from the landfill! We need volunteers like YOU to help out!

Volunteering at a Zero Waste Event is fun and easy. You'll work as a Zero Waste Station "Goalie", making sure event-goers put their waste in the right place. You'll also help out with setting up or breaking down zero waste stations. This is a great opportunity to educate the public about Zero Waste, while attending a fun event!

There are two shifts available: 5:30pm-7:30pm, 7:30pm-9:30pm. Anyone volunteering the 2 shifts will receive a Concert Series t-shirt printed with the cool concert series logo on the front!

Event Dates:

FRIDAY, MAY 31 FRIDAY, JUNE 7 FRIDAY, JUNE 14 - ALL ST. VRAIN VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL REUNION CONCERT FRIDAY, JUNE 21 FRIDAY, JUNE 28 FRIDAY, JULY 26
